Another successful event by Rally New York Organization!
Special thanks to organizers and marshals Fran Gager, Rich Otis, Kym Garcia, Andy Kretowicz, Brian Gager and competitors Mike Cosgrove, Martin O'Flynn,
	Jim Charlton, Jerry McGwyne and Jerry Lowney who worked hard to make this event possible.
We are grateful to the management of The Concord Resort & Golf Club - Concord Superintendent Chris Hummel and Managing Director/CFO Henry Zabatta - for
	providing the venue, which we always tear up.
There were some memorable performances:
	1. By Cyril Kearney and Wojtek Okula who won and were tied the hundredth of a minute after a full day of racing,
	2. By Eugene Michniuk who was third and only 0.05 of a minute behind Kearney and Okula,
	3. By Rafal Wroblewski in a street 4WD car who was only 0.05 of a minute behind Michniuk and the three rally cars in front of him and
	4. By Otis Dimiters, in an unfamiliar right-hand-drive rally car because his car is still in Los Angeles, with the Fastest Time of the Day of 0.68 minute
