Spectators may watch Rally New
York Rallysprints only from a designated Spectator Areas supervised by trained
Safety Marshals and equipped with emergency radio communications and other
emergency services. The access to the Spectator Area is along a separate access
road and not over the Special Stage road. Spectators are prohibited from
entering and walking along the Special Stage road. For your safety, please obey
the instructions of Safety Marshals in the Spectator Area.
Please
drive safely and obey speed limits
We never
race on public roads open to regular traffic
The Spectator Area is located on
private property owned by Boy Scouts of America, Greater New York Council. Spectators must pay an admission fee of $5 per person at the
Headquarters of the Ten Mile River Scout Reservation before they can proceed to
the Spectator Area. This is also the location of the Rallysprint
Headquarters and the Central Service Area for the day. Spectators are welcome
in the Service Area.
The Headquarters is on Crystal
Lake Road – Route 26, 0.3 mile north of the intersection of Route 26 and Route
23.
The access road to the Spectator
Area is on Crystal Lake Road, 1.5 mile north of the Rallysprint Headquarters.
Look for a sign for Camp Aquehanga. Rally cars will pass the Spectator Area six
times during the Rallysprint competition.
