Many times, the Universal Intelligence has reflected your presence through nature, John. A hawk soaring low across our meadow, a full moon perfectly centered in the window, the trees talking to me as the wind dances through them. One image impressed upon my mind, I shall never forget.
Upon our wintery drive home as we came around the bend, we saw before us,
an open field smothered in fluffy marshmallow cream. A fine mist blanketed it
as the huge coral sun peeking above the eastern horizon, was surrounded in muted shades of pink, purple, and blue sky.
"A-ha" moments that take your breath away, moments that fill your heart with love, times to know we are truly as ONE with the God-Spirit.
Gifts from the Great Beyond, signs from God and John, saying all is well.
All is as it's meant to be.

If there's one thing I've learned from the experience of my youngest son passing over to the Other Shore, it's to stop resisting and struggling with life.
To surrender to God's Divine Order.
At the moment of death, each person has a choice, to stay in Heaven or to return to this earthly plane.
With this decision, we have our guardian angel(s), and our pre-birth soul to help, sometimes reminding us of the difficulties we might have charted as we prepared for this present embodiment.
Bearing this is mind - that we have no idea what our loved one(s)' life purpose was - we realize the need to open our mind and heart to the God-Spirit's Sweet Surrender.
Letting go, knowing that everything happens at a specific time for an exact reason.
Not being aware of what that is, often, can be extremely frustrating for us still here on the Planet Earth, but it's helpful to accept a Divine Order in this universe and move on.
And, to know, at a pre-arranged time by our pre-birth soul, we will be together
again on the Other Shore with our loved one(s).

So many pictures of John from over the years. Though it was painful for me, it was healing, at the same time, to do a collage of those pictures. I cried a river while choosing which pictures to use, but it was so healing. The collage now hangs in my bedroom. Often, it's the first thing I see in the morning and the last thing I see at night. Funny. Most of the time, it's comforting. But other times, I either want to smash it against the wall, or turn it around and not look at it. It just hurt too much. I think doing the collage gave me a sense of life's flow. I knew, deep within, that I just needed to hang on, be kind and gentle with myself, and the pain would surely ease, at some point inthe future.
My heart would heal, but I would never forget my middle child, John Patrick Eberth.

|
ACCEPTANCE is the answer to my problems today.
When I am disturbed, it is because I find some person, place, thing, or situation - some facet of my life - unacceptable to me.
And, I can find no serenity until I accept that person, place, thing, or situation as being exactly the way it is supposed to be at this moment.
