O' Sweet and Sacred Spirit, my journey through grief becomes a mystical journey of Biblical proportions.
Confronting fears and doubts always requires an element of trust and faith.
Sweet Spirit, shine your Healing Light into my very beingness.
Let it bring an ease to this ride I must traverse.
A fullness of heart, and a soothing of mind.
Gently, lead me through this valley of death, through the melodious meadows of color and sound, up to the majestic heights of Love, Wisdom, and Compassion.
And ultimately, Surrender to what is.
You, Sweet Spirit, are my comfort, the catalytic vessel for my wild and irrational imaginings.
With Your Healing Power and Presence, soothe my body and mind in exquisite ways only You can share.
Thanks be to God.
And, so it is.

    I open my heart and mind to the healing ways of Sweet Spirit.
Keeping SpiritFaith Alive

By understanding the flow of life through acknowledging the rhythms and cycles we experience each day - seasons, generations, years, months, weeks, days, moments. Holding life's special moments close to the heart. And, the miraculously coordinated rhythms and cycles within - the ebb and tide of breath itself, hunger, sleep, energy, heartbeat, pulse, rivers and streams of blood flowing, growth from Soul to baby to adolescent to adult, and then back to Soul. Change, that's what life is all about.
By connecting with Nature, with Spirit - the Tao - which is access to my Higher
Power anytime and anywhere.
By knowing the miracle of Nature itself, I celebrate life's richness and abundance.
By slow, rhythmic, deep breathing, I join my mind and body with Spirit's Mind
and Body, allowing me access to the Universal Divine Intelligence. It is then my entire being merges with the Divine Stream of Consciousness, finding the inner peace I've been seeking.
Concentrating on a point between my eyebrows known as the Third Eye, I silence my world, entering into the cave of stillness, the cave of the spiritual eye, the cave of wisdom. There, I create conscious communion with God. There, I ask questions, be still, and find the answers.
I Believe -
DIVINE  ENERGY
There is a Divine, Universal, Loving, Compassionate, Intelligent, Organizing, and Creative Energy in all of Nature, be that physical or ethereal.
That Divine Energy is called God, or whatever you choose to call IT - Spirit, Jesus, Allah, Jehovah, Buddha. The list of names for God is endless.
Although there is diversity in how God is conceptualized, there is truly only ONE DIVINE ENERGY, ONE GOD, ONE SPIRIT.
ONENESS  WITH  GOD
Each one of us is truly ONE  WITH  ALL - everything and everyone.
Mind, Body, Spirit - ALL  ONE.
Yet always, and forevermore,
Spirit reigns supreme.
SURRENDER
Just as grief is a reflection of love, so too, does life mirror death, teaching us patiently and repeatedly that the path of freedom is in letting go.
Letting go and letting God.
By surrendering to the flow of life rather than struggling with it, your mind is joined with the Divine Wisdom of God, allowing a healing transformation to happen.
CHALLENGES  TO  JOY
Joy is our birthright !  God wants us to be happy, as any parent wishes for a child. Our purpose here in this Earth School is to meet challenges presented to
us by our pre-birth Soul, and learn from them. Through these lessons, one life after another, we ultimately perfect ourselves for our final joyous return Home.
