Child/Adult - Any amateur rider only
4.        Judging - Please let Jan Mock or Sabrina Zachgo know of anyone willing to judge for  free or drastically reduced rate. I would like to have a junior board judge as a panel at one or part of a show. Meaning their will be a qualified adult to oversee the team or junior individual. Anyone with FFA or 4-H judging team experience interested in doing this, please let Jan Mock know. Any participant that would like to apprentice judge for the experience and possible added knowledge, please let Jan Mock know.  If you would like to submit a course, etc to use at a show, please submit it. Make sure you've reviewed USEF rules or at least have measurements and some knowledge of how you built the course so it isn't just random.
5.        As it stands now, we will be appointing several beneficiaries for the shows and hope to move them to the Ocala Equestrian Center as of Sept, 2008. We will also be setting up a riding scholarship fund to be awarded at such time that we have enough money. The riding scholarship is to help defray the cost of training and showing for the recipient. Qualifying requirements will be determined at a later date.
6.        Any additional sales at the horse shows, misc tack and apparel, food, etc, after expenses, will be put towards further shows and the riding scholarship fund. We hope to set up a non profit foundation for the shows as we don't keep the money from any of our shows. We cover the expenses of awards, etc and donate what is left.
7.        Times noted for breaks are for planning purposes and the next set of classes will NOT be held before these times but could be later depending on turnout. We won't start the next set of classes BEFORE the posted time but be aware that they could start well after those approximate times.
8.        Show management reserves the right to cancel, combine or split classes as necessary for safety or number of entries. We will make every effort to modify, add or cancel any classes that exhibitors request.
9.        Please make any and all suggestions for the series if we get to move to Ocala Equestrian Center. We are going to have a ribbon turn in program for show credit and probably a work program. Details to be determined.
10.        Ribbons or awards through 6th place and champion and reserve for all divisions.
11.        Points from the summer series will be carried over to the OEC series and will be awarded 1st - 7; 2nd - 5; 3rd - 4; 4th - 3; 5th - 2; 6th - 1; Champion - 2; Reserve Champion - 1
