Now that we've "done" the USA - what's next....

Upcoming tours:
We are onboard Stoker's Delight, currently moored on the Columbia River.
Now that we have completed Bareboat and Coastal Navigation classes, we will move on the Advanced Coastal , Celestial Navigation and Offshore in the next few month.
So, what the next step?
Our 40th Anniversary Cruise was great. We toured the Inside Passage to Alaska, visited coastal cities and generally had fun with our children, grandchildren and friends.
The " Cruise the Islands" ride series ends on September 18th with a 40 mile loop out to Sauvie Island followed by brunch on Hayden Island.
On October 2nd we will travel to Hood River and enjoy the fall colors along the Twin Tunnels bike trail. The trail is constructed on what was a section of the Columbia Gorge Scenic Highway. The tunnels are much too small for today's autos and trucks, so this section is closed to them. See the Vancouver Bicycle Club web site for specifics.
