Previously held a Class One Certification as a Commercial and Residential Gas Fitter
at Avron, one of Toronto's largest natural gas companies. Avron was contracted by the City of Toronto and responded to emergency gas leaks and regular maintenance issues with gas fired boilers and furnaces. Also, as an inspector, Ron was responsible for the safe operations of residential and commercial gas furnances for Consumer Gas.
Expertise in all phases of steel and concrete construction for 3-story condominiums. Ron was promoted to punch-out work and acted as a liaison between the new owners and a major contractor on Boca Grande. He personally supervised contractors in completing all details for move-in.
20 Years of Property Management maintenance services in Florida and Colorado and now Hawaii. Ron owned and operated one of the largest maintenance businesses in Fort Collins, Colorado and handled the maintenance for hundreds of college rentals for various property management companies. He also was responsible for 7 Homeowner's Associations.
Owned and operated a landscaping business for the Dunes of Boca Grande on the West coast of Florida - consisting of 40 exclusive town homes located on the Oceanfront of the Gulf of Mexico. His maintenance contract included lawns, pools, gardens, tennis courts, driveways and beach trails.
