Hi Sissy, It's 7:30 am and we are in Dr.Muraszko's office. They are getting you ready for surgery. Daddy, Mommy,Momo,and Maria are here with Gamma.

They put some medicine up your nose to knock you out. But you didn't want to give up. You were laughing and talking to the nurse when she took you away.We just knew you were going to throw a fit. But you didn't, you smiled and waved bye to us. You were having a good time.

Gamma said a prayer for you baby girl. You know you have two little Angels watching over you. So you are gonna be just fine.Daddy is sitting here picking on Maria, trying to keep everyone in good spirits. But we are all so worried. But you will be fine, because you are a real fighter. 10:00

Aunt Lisa and Joe just came in. See they love you too. Daddy and Joe went to Wendys for food. But Gamma can't eat. My stomach is doing flip flops. I feel so sick.

The Drs. have called every hour on the hour to give us an update on the surgery. But they didn't call at 12:30. Now Gamma is getting real worried. Is something wrong or what? Gamma said another prayer for you. I love you baby girl. I feel like I'm gonna throw up, What is happening??? Is something wrong Please God be with her, she is so little and needs your help:

They finially called. Said they were to busy to call. But everything was going great.Thank God. They said about an other hour and a half and surgery will be done.

I just went down with Mommy and Momo to have a cig. Mommy wrote a poem for you,when she read it to us it made me cry.I had been trying real hard not to cry.

Well any time now and surgery should be over. Gamma said another prayer for you. I ask God if he would please let those little angels stay with you a while longer. Gamma is really ready to see you now. I know you won't be feeling great , but honey Gamma promises you will feel better real soon. Gamma's tummy is still doing flip flops.

They just came and got Mommy and Daddy. Surgery is over and everything is good. THANK GOD. They didn't let them see you yet but said everything looked good. They said Daddy and Mommy can see you in half an hour. Gamma said another prayer thanking God for guiding Dr. muraszko's hand durning surgery. And I asked him to let those little angels watch over you for a while longer.

Daddy and Mommy just got called to see you. You wanted your juice so daddy came and got it for you. Mommy and Daddy are with you, they both love you so much.

Gamma got to see you for a minute while they were taking you to ICU. Your little head was so swelled up. It looked like it was ready to pop. And your whole head was wrapped in a bandage. It broke my heart to see you like that. I cried and cried. My poor baby.

Mommy is with you, and the rest of us are waiting to see you. Me and Daddy went to get motel for that nite and on the way back we got lost.We could see the hospital but we couldn't get to it. Gamma was so scared that something would go wrong and couldn't get there. But we finialy made it. It was 6:30 when we finialy got back.

We came in your room and Mommy was with you, you were crying OUIE. So Gamma rubbed your little legs and arms and I reminded you of your book. And you said ok Gamma and went back to sleep. They gave you morphine so it easy for you to go back to sleep. But Gamma cried and cried, it is so hard to see you like that.Gamma loves you tooo much.

Papa came to see you , but you were resting good, so me and Papa were sitting with you and they made us leave. No visitors between 7 and 8 unless you were crying.So we walked outside to have a cig. and Gamma was crying again. Papa held me and told me that you were going to be just fine.Then Papa had to leave, and Gamma was praying for you again. Gamma has cried so much my eyes hurt and i look like Hell. I haven't eaten all day, my stomach is still doing flip flops, but I feel a headache coming on so i got to eat something.

Daddy and Momo went to the motel to get some rest. Mommy is in the waiting room resting, and I'm with you. The nurse told me that your vital signs are good and everything looks great. Maybe you can go home Saturday.

Gamma said another prayer for you, ok i;m sorry but I'm crying again. It is killing me to see you like that. Your whole head is bandaged and your little face is still swollen. I am sitting here in a rocking chair and I want to pick you up and rock and cuddle you, and love on you. But I can't because you have Iv's. But you are sleeping and doing great.

I can't wait till you get home, I want to push you on your swing, build sandcastles in the sand box,and to paint pictures with you. I said another prayer for you babygirl. You woke up wanting your juice , you drank some then went back to sleep.

Your nurse Mary Jane just left and your nite nurse Amy just came in. She saw Gamma crying and came over and hugged me and assured me that you would be just fine.

Sis you woke up wanting more juice then you started throwing up. Scared Gamma half to death. So I sat you up so the nurse could clean your bed. While I was holding you up, you saw the balloons that a baby in the other bed had, you said Alexus' balloons? Gamma said no that they belonged to that sick baby over there, and that Gamma would buy you some. You said OK Gamma. I was crying again and the nurse said that you were fine 12:00

You are asking for Mommy and the nurse was bragging about how smart you are. So I went and got Mommy for you. Now Gamma's gonna try to get some sleep. Said another prayer for you babygirl . I love you tooo much. 12:35

I woke up and Mommy was sitting in the chair next to me sleeping. So went back to your room. They told Mommy that she had to leave for a while,poor Mommy she is so tired.I sat with you then you woke up wanting Mommy again. I went and got her for you. 1:00 Gamma is with you again, and your resting quite well. Gamma is so worried. Yes I'm crying again. I love sooo much. You woke up wanting Mommy again. So I went and got her.

Mommy and I were going to get some rest,but we got lost in the parking lot. We were gonna take Gammas car but we couldn't find it. We finialy found Mommys car, then we got lost going to the motel. We finialy got to sleep about 7.

Mommy and Gamma woke up and called the hospital to talk to Daddy. They said Daddy was gone, so we ask to talk to Momo, and they said she was gone too. We were so scared because we didn't know what was going on. Why would Daddy and Momo leave you all alone? So we hurried back up to the hospital. When we walked in your room you were sitting up eating jello, and Daddy and Momo both were with you. They said that they never left you alone.So we complained to the hospital about it. You were drawing pictures and talking, I was so happy to see you like that. Momo and Gamma put a bandage on your monkeys head just like you.

Mommy and Momo stayed with you while Daddy and I went to get a room for the nite. I told Daddy that we had to buy you some balloons. So we went to Meijers and bought you 8 balloons.But guess what Daddy and I got lost and ended up in Yipsalanti. We finialy got back and you were so proud of all those balloons.

Mommy wanted a cig. So Gamma sat and rocked you, and cuddled you like I wanted to last nite.Gamma said another prayer for you. Love you babygirl! Daddy came in and wanted to hold you so I went down to the gift shop and bought you your first baby ring. You are ready to leave ICU but we have to wait for a bed for you.

Mommy was taking pictures of you and you said OUIE my head. The nurse said that the flash was making your head hurt. So they gave you some morphine. Mommy and Gamma felt so bad, we didn't mean to hurt you.

They are taking you off the morphine, so you are in a little bit of pain. They are going to give you motrin and tylenal for pain. We are all here with you, but they want it quite so you can rest.

Momo went to the Med Inn to get a room so her and Mommy could be close to you all nite.The Med Inn is just around the corner and down the hall from your room.

I came in to sit with you so Daddy could get some rest.I was holding you and rocking you, but you looked uncomfortable so I had the nurse help me put you in your bed. You said Gamma hold me, so I put my arms around you and laid my head by yours and rubbed your legs and you went back to sleep. Gamma said another prayer for you. I love you sooo much.

Mommy came in to sit with you.Me and Daddy are sitting in the waiting room, and Momo is in her room sleeping. Aunt Maria is bringing Scottie up to see you.

Mommy and I went to the car and got all your stuff.Just Daddy, Mommy amd Gamma are here with you. You are awake and being cranky. We want you to eat but you keep telling us that you'll choke. We gave you your blankie, so there you sleep under your blanket of love.

You have all your balloons in the bed with you.They put a dome over the top of your bed because the Drs' said you were wild. Gamma said another prayer for you. I love you soo much. I was outside having a cig. and quess what I saw? A baby bunny rabbit. And I said to myself, my baby girl would like that, If you had been there with me, I know you would have tried to catch it.

When I was going back to your room I saw Mommy and Scottie.Maria was in your room with you and Daddy. I was showing Maria your craft box when Mommy and Scottie came in.Then Momo came in, she had been sleeping.

Daddy and I kissed you bye. We are going to the motel.Momo is staying all nite with you, there is a cot in your room incase Momo gets tired.Mommy is staying the nite at the Med Inn, just around the corner from your room. So she will be close by.

Daddy and I got up to the hospital and you were sitting on Mommy's lap and she was brushing your PRETTY BLONDE hair. They had taking your bandage off. I was so happy I cried. You looked so much better and the swelling was almost gone. We walked you down to the cafeteria and tried to get you to eat. But no luck. If you eat you can go home: but no luck.

You are doing great. If you would only eat. You keep saying that you'll choke, they had a tube down your throat and it made it sore. Mommy said that she held you all nite. Thats what you wanted. You have such a good Mommy. but Mommy is so tired.

Mommy went to take a shower, you wanted Mommy so you and I walked the whole 6th floor looking for Mommy.We finialy found her. Then we went back to your room.We played with your Magna Doodle, then you got sleepy so Mommy rocked you to sleep.

Mommy went to take a break, so Gamma rocked and loved you. Mommy came back, then I took a break. When I got back Mommy was taking your blankets down to wash them.You had gotten sick on them. because all you had on your tummy was juice. Gamma said another prayer for you.Asking God to make my baby feel like eating.

You woke up wanting Mommy, So we walked the whole floor looking for Mommy, but we can't find her. We are counting the apple trees and all the pooh characters on the wall. We are having fun, but can't find Mommy. of course we forgot to look in the waiting room. Then Daddy took you for a walk. You are taking baby steps and you can't turn your head because your neck is stiff.Bless your little heart. You and Daddy walked and walked but still can't find mommy. But you are having fun talking to everyone.

Sissy the nurse said that if you eat you can go home. So Gamma went to Wendys and bought you some fries and a choc. shake. I prayed all the way back that you would eat. And you did, You dipped your fires in ketchup and ate quite a few of them. and drank about half of your shake. Then you got up and was playing with Hector. The Dr came in and said that maybe you can go home today.

Gamma gave you your ring. You showed it to everyone, you were so proud. We put you in a stroller and pushed you all around the hospital. We went down to the play room .Then we went back to your room. you were playing with Hector and asking the nurses all kinds of questions. You seem to be feeling super and so far today NO OUIE head.

We found Mommy she had been sleeping. Poor Mommy she was so tired. Papa came to see you and he brought you some presents. The guys that Daddy and Papa work with bought them for you. A big Pooh bear and a Barbie. Some how you lost your ring. So me and Daddy went and bought you another one.Then daddy found your other one, so now you have 2.

Gamma was gonna take you for a walk and you told everyone( I go potty, be right back) thats what we had been telling you when we wanted to go have a cig. We thought that we had you fooled. Yeah right. It was so cute, everyone was laughing so hard. So everytime someone would take you for a walk thats what you would say.

Scottie and Ashelly came to see you, and so did Regina. Daddy and Regina were going to Wendys and you wanted to go, so they took you with them. You ate a few more fries.

The nurse said she was gonna ask the Dr. if you could go home today.She came back and said that the Dr, was in surgery,but she believed the Dr. would say yes. We played and went Potty about 100 times.

Gamma said another prayer for you babygirl, seems I'm getting pretty good at it. You got tired so Mommy rocked you to sleep.

Gamma went to have a cig. and when I came back, Daddy and Regina were carrying your stuff to the car.Daddy said she's out of here. So Daddy and Regina left.

You were sleeping when the nurse came in with your release papers. She had to remove the IV and you woke up crying.Ouie my hand. She took it out and you freaked when you saw the blood. So she put a dinosour bandaid on it , then you were fine. You were telling everyone bye and waving to them It was so cute. We filled aunt Cindys car with your stuff. You rode home with Mommy and,Scottie and Ashelly.Momo rode home with Gamma.

By the time we got to your house you were all settled in on your Bean bag chair. thats where you liked to sleep. Gamma wanted a kiss but you told me to go away. Gamma said I have cried a gallon of tears for you and you want to be mean to me. You wouldn't give Momo a kiss either. We told you that we loved you and left.
