Uranos has discovered that Uni is the key to Gaia and orders C-Seagal to capture her.

Elsewhere, Mei Mah has fallen sick and Mekka suggests that they go to Sakilantis , the home of the Mermaid Tribe to help Mei Mah. The group gets there and puts Mei Mah in her bed and as they watch over her, Mrs. Mah slaps them on the back, a traditional way of saying hi. Wan explains to her that Mei Mah is very ill and needs help, so Mrs. Mah proceeds to slap Mei Mah, thinking that she's faking her illness. Mei Mah tells Wan that she won't live for long and wants to eat the Super-sweet fruit from a far off land. Mekka explains that the fruit is located on Naiabu Island and that no one has ever returned from there. Bud and Wan go to Naiabu Island to grant Mei Mah's dying wish.

While they are away, C-Seagal attacks Sakilantis in Ma Jinn. Sea Lord tried to fight back, but fails and gets beaten. C-Seagal's minions search the city for Uni.

On Naiabu Island, Bud and Wan arrive and discovered that the attacking vines are the reason why no one has ever returned with the fruit. Wan kicks Bud to the vines, while he safely collects the fruit. Before they leave, Wan senses that Mei Mah is in danger and they rush off to save her.

C-Seagal has infultrated the city and fights with Mekka. Mekka is beaten and Mei Mah, still very ill, attempts to fight the intruder. Just as Mei Mah was about to be striked down, Wan and Bud come to save her and discover that the attacker is a pink-haired woman! C-Seagal gets word from one of her minions that they have captured Uni and they leave.

Mei Mah is back in her bed, sicker than ever and tells Wan "I **** you" as her dying words. Wan remembers the fruit they got and gives some to her. Immediately Mei Mah screams in pain as her wisdom tooth comes out. Wan tells her he forgot to tell her that the fruit is hard. All of the sudden, she feels better and Mrs. Mah tells her that mermaids get "Wisdom Tooth Fever" and both of them laugh hysterically. Mekka notices that Uni has disappeared................
