Meet the Builder:

Hi ! I am Terry Langfitt, Sr., Builder and Contractor,  and Owner of TeLaCo Construction. Being a new construction on site builder, I  frame and trim all my houses personally and am on site through out all phases of construction. I take a lot of pride in my work and make sure that your Dream Home becomes a reality. I have several plans and lots to choose from, or you may bring in your own plan &/or build on your own lot. I like to sit down with my customers listen to their ideas, what they need and want, then I incorporate that into the home they desire. If you want a home that you will suit your needs and one that you will be proud of then give me a call and let me make your Dream Home come true. We have 100's of plans to choose from as well as coustomizing or modifying house plans such as adding porches,  or changing exterior materials.  ( I am also a VA, FHA, home builder and have expertise in "special" needs areas (Handicap accessories etc.)
