This Country Home features a huge wrap around porch perfect for
sitting on the rocking chairs watching the children play. It also has
a 2 car carport with door entering into Kitchen. Kitchen comes
with huge cabinet space and includes an island cabinet. Separate Dinning
room has hardwood floors. The Family room has 6 large windows and french
doors opening onto the deck outside. Downstairs also has a large laundry
room and a half bath. Going up the spiral wood stairs you find 3 bedrooms
and an office space (or nursery). The upstairs has a full bath again
loaded with cabinet space. The Master bathroom features Separate Garden
Tub, (your choice can be whirlpool tub) and stand up shower. His and

The Velpoe is one of our most asked for homes. It features all the needs of the growing family. The mid-level has a large Kitchen, Separate Dinning Room, and a Formal Living Room to greet your visitors. Upstairs has 3 Bedrooms to include the Master Bedroom. The Master bedroom has all the features as in walk-in closet, and the Master bath to die for. With the garden tub, 2 sinks, loads of cabinet space and a stand up shower. The upstairs also features a full bath with the other 2 bedrooms. Downstairs has the 4th bedroom (great for teenager or Mother n law) another full bath, utility room and a family room with a fireplace. We have several different versions of this particular house for you to choose from.

This country home has it all...2 car Garage, Brick exterior, Country style porch, Oak Front entrance door with sidelights. A 17' high foyer with chandelier that greats you as you walk into this home. This Victorian Home is an absolute Doll House. It features 3 upstairs bedrooms and a Full bath upstairs. Down stairs has an large Kitchen with separate Dining Room and a Family Room with a fireplace. The Hill also has a wrap around porch, and upper and lower bay window. The upper Foyer window is a stained glass window.
