On-Line Training Programs
The following training programs are offered through the T.R. Consulting web site to add flexibility to the training of employees in necessary safety and health programs. Several features have been added to ensure a valuable training experience and T.R. Consulting has made every effort to provide exercises which will make the training more relevant to each individual's job function. T.R. Consulting also offers on-site training programs tailored to the specific tasks of a company's employees. Though the on-line training presented here is at least as specific to an employee's job tasks as any training program provided to a group of employees performing a wide variety of job tasks, on-line training cannot provide the same level of detail as a class where all of the employees have similar exposure and safety concerns.
ADVANTAGES OF ON-LINE TRAINING
* SCHEDULING FLEXIBILITY
It is often difficult or impossible to get all affected employees together at the same time in order to have training conducted on-site. The prospect of shutting down operations to conduct training is never appealing.
* NO EMPLOYEE TRAVEL EXPENSES OR SCHEDULING CONFLICTS
The alternative to having training on your site for all of your employees is sending them to a class somewhere else. These classes are conducted on the trainer's schedule - not yours! When training is not available locally, your employees must travel to the training site. When they get to the class, there will be few if any other students performing the same types of tasks in the same types of environments. This training program can be conducted on your schedule, without travel or additional expense and without disruption of work schedules for projects.
* SELF-PACED LEARNING
The student procedes at his own pace. Areas of the program which the student understands more readily can be completed more quickly and those areas which provide the most challenge can be reviewed until they are well understood. The course takes just over 8 hours for the average student.
* AVAILABLE SUPPORT
Support is available on-line through email and, where email correspondence is insufficient to answer a particular question or concern, a teleconference can be scheduled with an instructor for one-on-one help.

Group discounts are available. To obtain a password for the type of training desired, use the following submittal form to make your request. Passwords are provided to individuals and company's within 2 business days of a request. The password provides access to the course materials, text, exercise work sheet(s), forms and tests. This information is then downloaded to the user and can be accessed through most word processing programs. Manuals can then be printed or used within the word processing program. Support services will not be available and test forms and exercises will not be processed until payment in full has been received by T.R. Consulting, Inc. Certificates will be issued within 2-4 business days of completion of the program.

Confined Space training is intended to comply with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.146. HAZWOPER Refresher and Supervisor training are intended to comply with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(8) and (4), respectively. As neither T.R. Consulting, Inc. nor it's instructors can be present on each job site to assess the adequacy of procedures, all students, employers and their assigns agree to hold T.R. Consulting, Inc. and its instructors harmless in the event of accident, injury, notice of violation and all other claims of damage resulting from activities performed on a jobsite and for any procedures developed as a result of the on-line training programs contained herein.
