Who killed Ralph Osburn in May of 1988?

In May of 1988, Ralph Osburn was assaulted at his business, the Tiki Lounge, 4325 E. Apache, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Hit over the head with a blunt object as he stood beside a car talking to someone, he later went into a coma and died.

The assailant was a black male in his early 20's, who would be in his early 30's now. He was between 5'9 and 6'0 tall, wore a white t-shirt, possiby bearing the words "Donnie's Super Curl," cowboy boots and blue jeans, and had a loose shoulder-length jherri curl.

Some people believe the assailant lived in our around the APACHE MANOR housing project down the street because of the route he took when leaving the scene through a vacant field, and where he dropped Osburn's wallet between two houses near the intersection of N. Quebec and E. Young Place.

The assailant was also spotted with another black male and two children in 1988 at the Kmart store at Admiral and Yale in Tulsa. The suspect and his companions got into what looked like a red 1980's model pontiac. When they left Kmart, the car drove two blocks west on Admiral then turned south toward the expressway, a few blocks before it reached Yale Avenue.
