Many companies use the word "TEAM" for better operations, but many miss the target...!
The famous comedians "Abbot and Costello" did something with a stage act of humor about a team.  It could teach us something important,  "We don't know what we don't
know", because "Who's on first",  "What's on second", and "I don't know who's on third".  That was not forgotten because it could be enough for us to see when we are confused.
Many companies use the word "TEAM" for better operations but many miss the target....!
No one has all the answers.  Your TEAM effort is to iron out most of the problems that arise......A baseball game is a lesson......for each player has an important position....

......the pitcher does not know what the catcher does.  The catcher has no idea for sure if the slugger is going to strike out or hit a home run, nor does the outfielder know the direction to run till after the pitch is thrown.

.....and then it maybe a grounder to a basemen.   Will he be able to make the best throw?  Till the play is completed no one is for sure.  

.....But one factor that this has and that it is to work together or in no way can it be complete or failure is without a doubt.  They are not error free that is a natural to all, but the failure to work together is not made by failure, it is to neglect and carelessness.

Each player is dfferent but it is a fact that each one does not just watch himself for self sake but must be an observer with his fellow players for all the conditions that take place....for ....one important factor,  "You don't know what you don't know".  So by being observant allows them to be in the field for "TEAM" sake, for even if a the question arises, the question won't matter, because they all will know why!
