Meetings

We attend meetings, which enable us to identify, experience and share those feelings which we have repressed and often lead to the further onslaught of our obsessive/ compulsive behavior. By hearing others open up to their innermost feelings of their fears and defects, we are more able to find the willingness to be more honest, and freer in our pursuits.

National Meetings:

OCA Conference Call Meeting 1 for Hair Pullers
This is a 12-step support group for adults and teens affected by Trichotillomania. The format is similar to Alcoholics Anonymous, and we use the book, Obsessive Compulsive Anonymous (OCA). There is no charge (but a long distance call). This group meets every Sunday night at 7pm Central; 8 pm Eastern for one hour.

If you are new to the 12 steps, we recommend you attend at least one (or more) open 12 step meetings in your area and read the OCA book before trying our meeting. Please email us for more info. before attending your first phone meeting and we will send you the call-in number.

OCA Conference Call Meeting 2

For All Types of OCD & OCD Related Problems Including Trichotillomania (Hair Pulling).
Special Equipment for Accessing This Conference Call is Not Necessary.

Meets from 8:45pm till 10:15pm every Sunday and Thursday evening eastern standard time.
It is accessed by a free conference call. The only charge is for long distance.
