A.E.A.F. - the autism and epilepsy awareness fund
Welcome to A.E.A.F. - the autism and epilepsy awareness fund!
ALTERNATE SITE FIXED!

It has been a long, long time since this site has been updated! If anyone can help me with designing this site or finding another host for this site, please let me know!! Also, as most of you know, I am quite involved in the choir department at my school. I'm preparing for college as a music major and this all takes a lot of rehearsal time and preperation. I am also the Choir board president now and this takes a lot of time out of my schedule. As much as I love this site, it's going to be weirdly spaced out as far as updates go. But I will try my best!
Love, Ann

My goul as a founder is to raise awareness about the disorders epilepsy and autism, both very difficult and complicated things to deal with that involve the brain.

I was inspired to create A.E.A.F. when I heard about Amy (Lee) Hartzler's Out of the Shadows fund for epilepsy. Epilepsy is more common than you think, and we need to create an enviornment and world where people aren't afraid to be themselves. To do this, we need to increase awareness. I also thought about the disorder autism, which my little brother has. It, like epilepsy, involves the brain, and is very complicated to understand. This is how I came up with A.E.A.F. I want to raise awareness about both disorders and create a world for all the special someone's of the world. It isn't right that people are afraid to be themselves. We need to let them know together that it's okay to just be how they are and nobody else.

So join me on my personal journey to raise awareness about autism & help me achieve my goal to make people accept those with epilepsy. Help change the world.

Ann
