Winchester Village is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest about
an hour’s drive
from Seattle and about three miles from Port Orchard’s city center.
It is a planned unit
development consisting of eighty one homesites and seventy nine owners
incorporated as
a non profit corporation by the state of Washington.
In accordance with its governing documents, the Association is managed
by a trio of
Directors, who also double as officers of the corporation. Their tenure
in office is for one
year. An annual meeting is held to elect new Directors
The community is governed by the following:
1. Articles of Incorporation
2. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and
Restrictions (CC&R)
3. Association Bylaws
4. Rules and Regulations of Winchester Village
5. Revised code of Washington (RCW 24.03 and
RCW 64.38 )
Although not a senior’s park, the majority of our members are retirees.
Those younger
members having grade school children enjoy the convenience of Hidden
Creek
Elementary School located across the street from Winchester Village.
We are a caring community, enjoying everything that the great Northwest
has to offer.
