As discussed at
the annual membership meeting, the Board of Directors is considering transfer
of the general management of Winchester Village to a management company.
The following, then, is a proposal received from the only management company,
of the several contacted, to step forward, namely Bradley Scott, Inc.
Please read this proposal carefully and
talk it over with others in the association. At some point the Board
of Directors will be contacting you regarding adoption or rejection of
this proposal and/or adoption or rejection of hiring a managment company.
While there are 81 lots, there are 79 land owners, i.e., 79 homes.
The exact amount each land owner will be assessed has not been resolved
at the time of this writing.
Your Board of Directors expect to negotiate
changes in the proposal, one of which is price. Others are in Items
6,7,8, of the proposal.
