Adoption rules!

*When adopting I prefer rats go out in same-sex pairs. I understand you might have a friend waiting for them at home, but if that is not the case, rats NEED a same-sex friend, they are very social.
*I adopt out my rats on a first come, first serve basis. However, If you are on my waiting list, you will be able to reserve in the order that I have you on my list; Basically the order that you asked to be on the waiting list.
*When you are ready to adopt there is a adoption contract that will be signed. It must be signed before you can adopt!
*If you can not keep any rat you adopt for me, for any reason, please let me know and I will take them back. THEY should not go to a petstore!
*I have the right to cancel or refuse an adoption. I am very fair with adoptions, and I will not refuse without good reasons and those will be told.
*I ask (and beg) that you do quarantine any rats you purchase. I do my very best to keep my rats healthy and free of diseases, but to keep the health of your current animals, ask that you quarantine for at least 2 weeks. If they develop any symptoms of illness or infection, notify me immediately! If you do not have any other rats at home, and that doesn't apply, still notify me!
